Return and exchange service
You have the option to return or exchange our products within 14 days.
Please proceed like this:
1 Log in into >my Account< with your email address and your password on www.dewitteplan.com.
2 You will get an overview of your purchases when you click on >OrderReturn<.
3 Choose the appropriate product and amount and click on the button >Create an RETURN/EXCHANGE<
4 You receive your personal >RMA number< for the sending back. Please note down this number on the enclosed schedule and on the return sticker/label.
5 Please mention if you wish to return or to exchange the product on the enclosed schedule.
It is important that the product arrives here in the original condition/state. This means that the product must not be worn, washed or damaged and the label of the product shall not be removed. Please use the original packaging/wrapping for the return/exchange. The costs for the return are due to be paid by the purchaser, the exchance is free.
You can only exchange one product with the same product if you wish a different size of the product. It is not possible to exchange one product with a different product. The new product will be send to you as soon as the old product, that is due to be exchanged, arrives in our office.
The account of your credit card will be charged as soon as the returned product arrives, which is regularly within 5-7 days.
